Acceptance

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of suiteseventravel.com and related pages operated by Suite Seven Travel, LLC (“Suite Seven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website is an editorial and informational introduction to Suite Seven and our travel planning services. Destination, hotel, experience, and journal content is presented for general inspiration and does not constitute a binding offer, confirmed availability, professional advice, or a promise that a particular supplier or experience will be included in an itinerary.

Inquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting an inquiry, sending an email, joining an editorial mailing list, or communicating with Suite Seven through the website does not create a travel-advisor relationship, require us to accept an engagement, reserve travel, hold pricing, or create any fiduciary duty.

Travel planning services begin only after we confirm the scope in writing and, when applicable, the client accepts our Client Travel Services Agreement and pays the stated Travel Design Fee.

Travel services and separate agreements

Specific planning, booking, payment, change, cancellation, insurance, traveler-responsibility, and supplier terms are governed by the signed Client Travel Services Agreement, the applicable trip schedule or proposal, and the terms of each independent travel supplier. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement regarding travel services, the signed client agreement controls.

Accuracy, availability, and travel requirements

We aim to present thoughtful and accurate information, but hotels, routes, amenities, prices, promotions, entry rules, health requirements, and other travel conditions can change without notice. Website content may become incomplete or outdated.

You are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, health, insurance, and entry requirements before travel. Suite Seven does not warrant that any website content is complete, current, or error-free.

Third-party suppliers and links

Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers, and other travel providers are independent third parties. References or links to them do not imply ownership or control by Suite Seven. Third-party websites, services, offers, privacy practices, and terms are the responsibility of their operators. Access them at your own discretion.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, design, selection, arrangement, branding, graphics, and other content are owned by Suite Seven or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and print or save limited excerpts for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, license, frame, or create derivative works from the website or use our name, marks, or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of law or the rights of another person.
• Interfere with the website’s security, availability, operation, or connected systems.
• Introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.

Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Suite Seven disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the website will be free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suite Seven and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or linked content. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Suite Seven harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or information you submit without authority. This provision does not require you to indemnify Suite Seven for its own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Changes and availability

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding arising solely from these Terms or use of the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to that forum, except where law gives a consumer the right to proceed elsewhere.

General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of the website, but they do not replace any separately signed client agreement.
